A great result last night with unanimous planning committee support for the approval of our latest Net Zero Carbon project with #GreenwichBuilds development for Royal Borough of Greenwich, Elkins Construction ltd and SCMS Associates ltd. Really excited as this is our first Net Zero mixed use scheme with Greenwich so we are delivering 14 London affordable rented flats and a ground floor community space. Very much looking forward to getting on site later this year and we are really proud to be involved in being able to play a part in delivering NZC affordable housing.
