We are very excited to be involved with this project with ARJ Construction Ltd and Dacorum Borough Council to deliver 56 residential flats and a separate community building comprising a food bank, bike workshop, office space, and cafe area at the former Paradise Depot in Hemel Hempstead. The completed scheme will deliver much-needed affordable housing alongside essential community spaces for the residents.” Demolition work is due to commence later this year, with a projected completion in the spring of 2026.
