Last week our Coombe Road project technical team joined the topping out ceremony on the rooftop alongside the ARJ Construction Ltd consultant and construction team to celebrate the important milestone of the completion of the concrete frame.

The external envelope works are progressing at pace, with internal fit-out works well underway to the lower levels.

Fuse Architects were appointed to deliver stage 4+ technical design of this complex scheme which is due to be completed in late summer 2023. The scheme provides 79 apartments, 4 terraced maisonettes, a ground floor retail/commercial zone and a basement car park.
