We are super excited to have launched Fuse Modular and be collaborating with our delivery partners, Boutique Modern Ltd., to provide truly affordable modular homes.

After years of working with Offsite Manufacturing and delivering Net Zero Carbon schemes we commissioned a survey to delve into what registered providers and local authorities want to see in modular homes, we had a great response and used this data to develop some flexible house types.

Our partnership with Boutique Modern Ltd. has enabled Fuse Modular and our team of architects to be embedded in the design. This has enabled us to deliver a hybrid modular house that can vary in design whilst retaining the speed and efficiencies of a modular system. We can offer NZC and reduced carbon houses and have options for routes to procurement and a number of case studies with current schemes on site, so do contact us for details and a full presentation.
