Working with ARJ construction we are on site with 85 apartments (35% affordable) in New Malden. We are delivering RIBA stages 3-6 with a fully Revit/BIM scheme with blocks at 5 and 7 storeys, providing retail and commercial workspaces at ground floor and residential above. Completion is due in 2022.
