We are delighted to be working with ARJ and Dacorum Borough Council for the design and construction of 56 residential flats and a separate food bank, bike workshop, office space, and cafe area at the former Paradise Depot in Hemel Hempstead.

Demolition work is due to commence later in 2023, with a projected completion in the spring of 2026.
